Madhurya Return & Exchange Policy

At Madhurya, we strive to offer you the finest quality products. However, if you encounter any manufacturing defect or receive an incorrect item, we are here to facilitate your exchange request.

Exchange Request: Please submit your exchange request within 24 hours of receiving your package by sending an email to info@madhurya.com.au. Kindly return the product within 7 days from the date you receive the email with the return details and address.


Return Condition: Products should be returned in their original, unused condition with all bills and tags intact, packed in the original packaging. Products which show signs of use (wear, dirt, pet hair, perfume, makeup, smoke) cannot be returned.


Exchange Options: You can opt for an alternate product of equal, lower, or higher value. If the alternative product's value is higher, you'll be required to pay the difference. Should the value be lower, we will issue a credit note for the remaining balance.


Credit Note: If you can't find an immediate alternative, we will issue a credit note equivalent to the exchanged item's value. This note can be used for future purchases within 90 days from the issue date.

Exceptions:

  • Sarees or blouses that have been altered in anyway - either by you or by us on your behalf - and customised orders are not eligible for exchange.
  • We regret that order cancellations are not permitted. However, you can exchange products as per our policy.
